Sizing Guide
Both Cantac carriers are fully adjustable and fit a wide range of body types. Measure your chest at its widest point, then match it to the table below. If you're between sizes, size up.
How to Measure

Find your chest
Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.

Keep it level
Hold the tape snug and level — not tight. Breathe normally and read the number where the tape meets.

Match your size
Compare your chest measurement to the table below. Between sizes? Always size up.

Between sizes? Size up. The adjustable cummerbund and shoulder straps cinch down for a dialed-in fit, but you can't add coverage you don't have.
